It has come to our attention that a recent news story is making it appear that The One Bridal is closing and filing bankruptcy, causing panic and confusion. I want to address these claims.

 

First, we are working very closely with our designers to make sure all dresses are provided.

Second, regarding the assertion of bankruptcy, it is true that we filed for Ch 11 bankruptcy to reorganize and lower our costs. This happened in May of 2023 and did not impact our dress orders. We have since been working to move forward in a more solid position. It was not our intention to close the store and we were still focused on providing dresses for our brides.

We encourage open communication and will happily address any concerns directed to our store for a fair resolution.
